TOUR day #6!
In Frederick, MD, hanging out with some sweet kids! It was Zoe’s birthday today, so we celebrated with a lot of food:
-homemade samosas
-basmati rice and lemon rice
-homemade vegan pizza!
-mashed potatoes, yams, yuca, candied carrots
-vegan mac and cheese! (tom’s recipe)
-hummus and veggies
-watermelon and cantelope with salt
-vegan apple pie
-jarritos mandarin soda!
That’s about it.. there’s nothing better than walking into a show and being offered an insane amount of food along with an insane amount of nice people! They treated us and everybody here like family and we can’t wait to come back! There are 2 cute kitties and a sweet Mommy that totally supports her baby boys and their friends. It’s amazing when the family supports their children, even if it means having all of their crazy (but awesome and loveable) friends rule their house for a few hours. Don’t worry, we’re helping out with the cleaning. Although it’s our bedtime.. we’re oldies.
The car ran great today but tomorrow is supposed to rain. We’ll keep you posted.. Hopefully we do alright!
